The Cleveland KET-20-T electric lever tilting 20 gallon steam jacketed kettle is a hard-working, self-contained unit that's easy-to-install! Its 20 gallon capacity enables you to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup. Thanks to its precise temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit), it's ideal for simmering too! The Cleveland KET-20-T lever tilting electric steam jacketed kettle features welded-in heating elements that hold a vacuum better and won't leak or lose water. Its steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, and is rated at 50 PSI, with a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent unintentional operation. All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel. A splash-proof solid-state control panel allows simple regulation of temperature, and monitors low water safety, heat cycle, and has a low water warning. Other special features include a durable rolled rim that can stand up to abuse, a large capacity pouring lip, and a solid state water level control with no sight glass to break or leak. It features a balanced, manual lever tilt design. UL and NSF Listed. Requires a 208V 3 phase, 3 wire electrical connection.
